“Be aware of every moment, there are no unimportant days”
 Animals in the wild are perpetually aware.  Unlike the bored and lethargic critters found in zoos, those that are free are always curious, watchful and alert.  Perhaps they are always on the lookout for predators, but I get the feeling that there is more to it than that.  Perhaps constant threat can make you more aware of everything around you.  If that’s so, perhaps we could all stand to be a little less secure.  I know that I’ve spent far too many hours oblivious to all the wonderful things in my life.        -Al Nelson Weitzel
