Before any work begins we will sign an agreement  outlining the work to be undertaken.  This agreement covers several aspects of the commission and helps us avoid any possible misconceptions.  Click on the thumbnail below to view a sample agreement.

After I've received or taken the photos required you can expect that it will anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks for the portrait to be completed.  Once finished, your piece can either be picked up at The Weitzel Gallery or, depending on your location, I will deliver it or ship it to you.

Along with your painting you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity Package which includes the following documentation:
